The Pavilion at Bent Creek Community Park

When you book the pavilion you are supporting the community; rental fees are vital for maintaining the park.

This charming park pavilion is located in the Bent Creek Neighborhood on 125 Idlewood Drive, Asheville, NC 28806 just off Pole Creasman. Its perfect for birthday parties, graduations, family reunions, and other community  events. Guests have previously hosted music events, trail races, and the Asheville Cyclocross.

Rental includes:

  • 1200 sq ft covered pavilion

  • Power and lights

  • Parking

  • 8 picnic tables

  • Water and water fountains

  • 1 port-a-john

  • Trash and recycling

  • Grill

  • Access to lower field

  • The rental fee covers administration costs, electricity and ongoing maintenance and ensures a donation goes to the park.

All other park facilities and amenities remain open to the public during rental.

Groups of 10-30 are preferred in the covered area and up to 100 total are permitted if specified. The pavilion rental fees are vital for maintaining the park, so when you book the pavilion, you are supporting the community!

Who can reserve the pavilion?

All reservations must be made through the referral of a resident of the Bent Creek Community. To reserve the pavilion, you need to live here OR you will need to have a community resident who is willing to allow you to use their name.

$35 for 3hrs - Bent Creek Community Resident Personal Party or Non-Profits
$85 for 3hrs - Non-residents or For-Profit Organizations

Monthly donors receive 1 Free pavilion rental per year. Kindly remind us under “type of reservation” when reserving if you are a monthly donor.

How do I reserve the pavilion?

1. Check Availability Check our park calendar to select and available date. We will confirm the date prior to payment.

2. Read the Bent Creek Community Park Pavilion Reservation Agreement these are the Buncombe County park rules and pavilion use guidelines which you are agreeing to by submitting a request to rent the pavilion.

3. Fill out the Pavilion Rental Request Form. To ensure availability, reservations are recommended. Donations are used to support the park. All other park facilities and amenities remain open to the public during rental. We will notify you as soon as possible to confirm the date and time is available. Please do let us confirm availability before submitting payment. 

4. Payment Method.

5. Forward your PayPal payment email receipt to bentcreekpark.org@gmail.com You will be added to the calendar when payment is received. Check calendar to confirm.
